Aramex Couriers — Kyc document Verification Parul University Client

My name is Kris Gnopo, I purchase a Giannis Immortal 2 on Nike and you are supposed to be the logistic service I believe. It's been almost 2 weeks now that the product has been dispatched but for kyc reason it said I still won't be able to get the shoe. I don't know what is going on with you guys but I perfectly put everything that you ask for and I'm a student so I live on campus in parul University at Vadodara in Gujarat 391760 so I don't know what else you want. Everything is matching perfectly what I put on nike( the address on Nike is the same as on the bank statement and fees and id proof so I don't know what you want. Please I have an important tournament starting on 1 may and I urgently need the shoe so tell me what is the real problem. You will help me or refund me before the deadline?
