Aramex Couriers — Kyc documents getting rejected at customs

Dear sir/madam

I am Murthy BS working as First Division Assistant in Karnataka State Department of Agriculture, Tumkur (State Government Employee) My Shipment No. [protected] & [protected] from iherb.com are due for customs clearance after repeated submission of KYC documents
The Adress in my KYC documents Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport, Driving Licence etc., is a remote village which is my native place and permanent adress but the couriers will not reach there. So i have attached my department Employee ID Card (government employee ID Card) that is same as my shipping adress
Still KYC documents get rejected every time after repeated submission
There is no response from Aramex they are not trying to resolve my issue
My humble request with you is to please resolve the issue at the earliest as the shipment is Health Suppliment precribed by doctor to treat ADHD of my Son Urgent requirement
