Aramex Couriers — Kyc documents getting rejecting everytime

I have ordered shoes from I have given different delivery address as at my kyc documents address there is no courier facilities available. I have uploaded all the documents of the delivery address to get it verified but its is getting rejected everytime. I have submitted the complaint at aramex also but they have responded its been more then 7 days. They are just sending links to do kyc.
