Aramex Couriers — Kyc documents rejected again

I ordered from nike.in and aramex is the courier career. A couple days back I recieved a message from aramex asking to submit KYC(know your customer) documents and I submited, the next day I recieved another message saying my documents have been rejected so I uploaded them again, this time i uploaded a copy of aadhar and pan both to be on a safer side, surprisingly that also got rejected and today i recieved an automated call from aramex that my shipment has been denied but no message this time. I am surprised how unprofessional and inconsiderate this courier company is, I have tried to contact them but their contact number is invalid. My shipment number is [protected]
