Aramex Couriers — kyc documents rejected repeatedly

Hawb bill no. [protected] for clearance of this order from customs aramex needs my kyc documents for which i submitted both my aadhar as well as pan card. The address to which the package is to be delivered is not the address on my pan or adhaar card hence as address proof i submitted the transit house allotment letter addresed to my father... Since i do not live here permanently i have no document to prove that this is my address. Both adhaar and pan cards bear the name of my father as given in the transit house allotment letter. Aramex did not accept all of this as proof for customs clearance please look into the matter asap and guide me as to what i must do! Thanks. Aramex still hasnt responded its been a week!!
