Hi Team,
I have ordered a shoe from nike (shipment no. [protected]) and it’s been hold by aramex. I have been asked for KYC documents and I have provided all the requested documents (i.e. aadhar card (front & back), pan card, current rent agreement and electricity bill) multiple times and even dropped them an email with the same documents but still they aren’t clearing my courier.
Could you please look into this issue and get it resolved so that I could get my courier.
