I tried to contact the customer service earlier but havent heard from them at all. My shipment has been put on hold for some reason i dont know what. I received a text msg with a link to know your customer document but the link was expired and tried several times since i received several text messages but each time the link was expired so i could not fill it out and i went on your website to find it but could not. How and what am i suppose to do in order to receive my shipment. Please revert asap. (Tracking id [protected]) muthuselvan
