Aramex Couriers — Kyc getting rejected at custom clearance

I had ordered products from nike . i received a text from aramex to submit documents for kyc custom clearance. i had deposited the original id proofs but the address was different from delivery address because i live at some other place for work.

i attached rent agreement where it was the same delivery address with my name.
but my kyc keeps getting rejected . i submitted documents twice.
my SHIPMENT NUMBER IS [protected] .

i am attaching below the images of my documents with correct name and address as shipping address(rent agreement) and also my original adhaar card and pan card for govn proofs.(different address) .
