Aramex Couriers — Kyc is being rejected because of my consignment name is different from my kyc doc

I want to clear that my product in name of sneha pujari (union bank of India is the place where I’m working so there is no supporting documents I can provide I only have my office id card my name mentioned in it as sneha pujari is working with union bank of India .this is my humble resquest to accept my kyc .
I m sharing my order details where you can clearly see my name is sneha pujari & my address is union bank of India ( so all my kyc documents are in name of sneha pujari ) Plzz approve my clearance
