I have ordered shoes from Nike.com on 24th Feb 2023 but I am unable to receive the shipment, because my KYC is getting rejected. My KYC documents pan, passport and Aadhar have my old address on it. Therefore I have added my brother's ID proof (Aadhar card) which has a new address which matches with the shipping address. Aramex customer care is also unreachable on calls to resolve this as their automated messages aren't helpful. Please provide a solution to resolve this issue.
I would request Aramex to quickly resolve this at the earliest as it has already caused me lot of trouble and inconvenience.
