Aramex Couriers — KYC is rejected due to: Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC


One of my shipments from Nike is stuck with customs. Aramex asked me to get a KYC done. I have submitted KYC multiple times. Everytime it gets rejected with same reason. It says deliver address is not the same as in KYC Document provided. The address in my Aadhaar Card is my permanent address. Right now I am at a different place. I live on rent. I have also attached valid rental agreement papers. Still it is getting rejected. Everyday I receive that my KYC failed. There's no help from Aramex. No one picks the customer care phone number neither I get any reply on emails.
