Aramex Couriers — KYC issue for delivery

For my order ID- [protected] i have been uploading my election card as kyc document but still its getting rejected. I have been trying to contact the aramax team from past 1 weeks but still no reply… kindly guide us as to what needs to be done as payment for the parcel has been made and there is no solution for the adress proof… please note that the adress in the election card and the address provided is the same with the same pincode so please clear my KYC document at the earliest
