Aramex Couriers — KYC keep rejecting due to don't have address proo[censored]nder my name

Hey,
My name is Vesurilu Theluo. I have ordered shoe from nike online application worth 10, 000rs and i have already paid for it.
Now I am getting messages from you guys to clear KYC for custom clearance and you guys are asking for address prove under my name same as delivery address.I can understand the protocol but the thing is my all Id’s Like Adhaar Card, Pan card etc has my home town address mentioned on it.
I am staying here in gurgaon haryana with my fiancee on rental house I have a rent agreement of this address in gurgaon but its on my fiancee name not on my name. That’s why I don’t have any proof of address under my name in here gurgaon. But i can attached the rent agreement which i have under my fiancee name and all my identity cards.
So Kindly approve my KYC or else find an alternate solution to resolve this solution ASAP.
