I Had Recently Ordered Some Items From NIKE Online Website in the Name Of My Mother Sapna Sharma with Her Name Attached with the Delivery Address.
The NIKE People assigned Aramex as Courier Partners. They Asked Us For KYC in which an Address Proof like Aadhar Card and Pan Card was to be provided and if The Delivery Address was different from KYC, we had to submit Additional Documents like bills etc.
As my Delivering Address was different from KYC address, WE gave ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND DETAILS BOTH FOR THE KYC AND MY CURRENT DELIVERING ADDRESS.
I attached a photo of my Electricity Bill of Current Residing Address as an Additional Document.
Now After Submitting For the 1st Time, Aramex Rejects my KYC and Asks it again, I sumbit it again This Time With Both Sides of Aadhar Card and Pan Card alongside my Electricity Bill.
The Again rejected it by saying "The Address on KYC does not match with Delivery Address"
Now They Only Have Told that if The KYC address is different from delivery one, provide any proof for the later AND I DID PROVIDE IT (ELECTRIC BILL) Still there is some issue arising with Aramex.
Kindly Look Into My Matter and Get My Issue Resolved.
