Aramex Couriers — KYC rejected due to mismatch of delivery address, even after submitting rent agreement and electricity bills

Address:Goodlands Luxury Pg, 5th C Sg Palya Venkateshwara Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka

I am a student studying in Bangalore, ordered a shoe from Nike.com, but all my National ID cards bear from my permanent address from another state.
However even after submitting my Rent agreement and electricity bill of my current PG, all attempts to verify the KYC “due to Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC” still gets rejected.
It doesn’t make sense since I have always attacked legit documents with proper delivery addresses in all my attempts to clear the KYC to clear customs

Please provide me with the help
