Aramex Couriers — Kyc rejected due to name mismatch and No response from customer care

In spite of providing every KYC document in spite of providing my rent agreement My adhar card my licese I’m trying to explain every thing to them
They are not clearing my customs and not accepting my KYC my real name is Karan Singh and on records It’s Karan Singh . I have provided every proof and told them Karan Saluja is my nickname and my Official name according to records is Karan Singh.
My shipment is stuck please help me to get my shipment as soon as possible the customer service is pathetic I want my shipment as soon as possible.
