Same problem that everyone else is facing always. KYC rejection even after submitting documents asked by them. This is a ridiculous company and service. There is no customer care number. There is no email id. Folks on twitter say the customer team is looking into it and will revert, but they never have and they never will i suppose.
What is one supposed to do in this case? How is the company allowed to function after repeated complaints by everyone on this forum?

Call +91 22 64803300 and ask for what is the actual issue. I found out my internet bill was older than 6months which is why it was getting rejected. no where have they mentioned this and neither do they give reason while rejecting.
But my KYC was approved after i gave a newer bill a week ago and my package is still in Delhi and hasn't even been picked up. Wonder when I will be getting it. Everyday i get the same ### answer from them.
