Aramex Couriers — Kyc related issue as delivery address is different and Kyc getting rejected

This is regarding the KYC getting rejected every time, I ordered some products from amazon.com and I am stuck at KYC, I am trying to upload my college fee receipt as it has my address and my name but still, it's getting rejected I also tried with the hotel receipt but still there is no luck.
I am from a different state so, of course, my all documents have the address of my hometown, right now I am doing my college in different states so I just have a college fee receipt and a hotel receipt
