Our track number [protected], from hong kong/china, this package deliver to aramex hong kong office on 3rd january 2017, this item for event, event on 13th, proof i attached with mail, until now the goods not reached doha, i call your office and shipper contact to your china office both are not getting any proper response, we are the trading company, we are not end user, we need to make compensation if we cannot deliver goods on time, 5-6 days your china office promised to deliver, now 10 days no information,
