Aramex Couriers — Multiple KYC getting rejected

I have been submitting my KYC documents for about a week now. The address on my KYC is different from the delivery address, so I am attaching my electricity bill and LPG gas connection as address proof along with Aadhar for identity proof. Still everything is getting rejected. I've raised 3 support request, but no help.
