Aramex Couriers — Nike apparels

I had ordered clothes from nike, but aramex couriers is not allowing to get my courier through, they rejected my kyc due to address mismatch on my kyc and my delivery address is different, but second time I have sent them my rent agreement and also my credit card bill statement in which on top left side my address is mentioned clearly, still today I received a mail that your address mismatched the kyc address ????how many id proofs I need to upload? Im staying in this delivery address as tenant then how can the name on agreement be under my name, its under my mother and brothers name, what shall I do im not understanding, pls dont put unnecessary obstacles in simple people's way...pls contact me asap by phone, email conversations are very time taking and slow...
