Aramex Couriers — Nike order KYC customs rejected

I have made an order for Nike Shoes and the reference number is [protected]. Aramex couriers have rejected my KYC 3 times in just under 24 hours, which is ridiculous. There is no way you can contact them, no helpline numbers and if you submit a complaint request they will say it is processing.

Secondly, I have submitted my voter card and Aadhar Card for my KYC, though I'm living in a temporary address for which I do not have any address proof as this is an army cantonment. Therefore, I have submitted an official document from the army HQ stating that the person residing in the given address is me and is signed by the higher authority. I would like Aramex Couriers to consider this and clear my shipment from customs.
