Aramex Couriers — Nike Shoes Shipment

Address:The Royal Regency Shimla Dhalli Bypass Sanjauli

My KYC has been pending for the last 15 days because the address on my aadhar card/passport/voter id is not the same as the shipping address, I have been trying to explain to Aramex that they need to consider my driver's license where the address matches the shipping address.
