Aramex Couriers — No quick response for my complaint

Address:Riyadh Ishbilia exit 9

I had an appointment in the USA consulate in Jeddah KAS but I typed my address in Riyadh to get my passport. Your company didn't check the exact address and sent my passport to Aramex office in Jeddah but I'm in Riyadh. I tried to call the customer care, it took long time to respond. I called many time till became disappointed. Then one of them replied me and told me she send my complaint to the office. Now one day still my passport in the same place no change. The shipping tracking is [protected]
Why they don't respond quickly. Why they don't be accurate in seeing the address I typed. I can't travel to Jeddah because I'm working in Riyadh. I typed the address shipment to Riyadh not Jeddah. I can't leave my work too. Also I need my passport to travel. Why all this delay? Why your company using old communication. We can send on whatsaap or the customer care should respond quickly not we wait for hours till they reply.
