Aramex Couriers — Non-responsive customer service+Customs Clearance+overcharge issue

Aramex India has been one of the worst companies to deal with.
The staff are incompetent and does not know how to communicate in a timely manner.
This is the first shipment problem with Aramex. under tracking number[protected]. On 9th of June 2021 I called Customer Service to ask about my consignment which on the website was on hold due to: 'Shipment Held for Customs Clearance - Awaiting Further Details from Customer' at 9th June 2021 12.14pm. After speaking to a agent (Virender)and asking me to send documents of the Invoice, which I did. at 4.21pm same day I forwarded MORE documents this time for Value evaluation. NO response from CS.
Again at 9.26pm I emailed asking for a update NO Response from CS
on 10th June 2021 at 10.25AM received a email from CS Virender stating that "Noted, dear, once get Customs feedback after submitting will get back to you, till please hold". AGAIN NO response.
I repeatedly emailed asking for a response from 10th to 11th June 2021. FINALLY on 11th June 2021 I myself called Customs A.D.C. at IGI Airport, on Phone number:[protected] with regards to this docket number [protected] in question. Who advised me that, the reason for holding the docket is because I need to submit a merit letter, and that there is no problem with regards to the invoice.(as advised by CS Virender)
I sent a email with the same information to CS Virender on 11th June 2021 5.14PM, Too which i received a reply stating that "Customs agreed to clear the shipment on revised value and asked to amend the BOE on that value." Along with a screenshot CLEARLY SHOWING THAT THE DOCUMENT SENT ON 9TH JUNE WAS SENT TO CUSTOMS on 11th JUNE 2021 only after I speaking to customs directly.
Again I replied to CS Virender asking for confirmation & stating that I had no choice but to accept the ridicules charges, that Aramex claim I need to pay for Amendment & for customs & that I will definitely taking this to consumer court,
Again no response from CS, confirming if the shipment has been cleared or no, no response if the documents are ok, just silence.
overall this has been extremely stressful and time consuming for me. other parcels that are order with DHL have cleared so easily and with absolutely no effort on my part.

[protected]: I have complained about this shipment previously. Its been more than a week that my shipment is stuck with customs, with NO response from your executives, other than please wait, please wait.

Shipment: [protected] is also stuck since 6 days, ONLY because your agent is simply NOT doing their work... I sent the proper documents (which are NOT needed in the first place) to them on the 9th of June 2021, but the agent did not upload the documents till the 11th June 2021, and has still not bothered about the shipment.
