I have received email to submit kyc documents. But they are not clear as to whose docs. The one who ordered? Or the one who paid? This is my first time ordering internationally so i am confuced in this matter.in hurry i uploaded my docs (I'm not paying) as the link would expire soon. I am really confused. Upon tracking it is still saying additional docs reqd. Since last week. Everyday i receive email and calls from contact carrier/update kyc#. But there has been no one to tell me what i did wrong or what is actually required and how to remedy the same. They need to some polish or emprovment it's very disgusting poor experience
