Aramex Couriers — paid excess customs duty because of aramex employee

I got email from the above mail (A call also) that my parcel is held for customs on 3rd sept 2019, so she said me to give all orders list with the payment or bank receipts for the same. She also told me not to give payment receipt for the shipping cost to aramex and so i did not attach it and sent the rest documents. Now sept 7th i got sms that my customs duty tax invoice is ready and it was rs 2891, i was shocked to see this because my items are worth only of $48 i. E rs 3421 (So nearly i got 85% custom tax). I immediately called her (I. E archana-aramex employee) but she did not respond, i emailed her on 8th sept because the actual mistake in custom tax invoice was the value of the goods was considered as rs 6000 (Because my total bill showed $87-this was including the shipping cost to aramex) but in my order's bill clearly shipping cost ($36), order's cost ($42) and total cost ($87) is separately written. The reply from the mail i got on sept 9th was that "as per your proof $87 was considered by customs". But why?? So what was the use of giving my payment receipts?? What was the use of giving bank payment details?? (My payment receipts did not show international shipping fee!!). If aramex had properly guided me this would not had happened only due to considering rs 6000 order's amount (Actually it should be 3421) i got 2891 custom's tax. Now i request aramex to please atleast return my half of the custom's amount i. E approx rs1500. Only due to their sheer negligence i have received this expensive tax. And one more thing i would like to add your employee archana responded very quickly before sending the documents (With calls and emails), as customs duty came she did not respond to my single call, nor did she gave reply to emails (U can only see above after getting tax invoice on 7th i called her 3-4 times she did not respond, after that i mailed her on 8th sept-i got reply on 9th, after that i did not got even a single reply). Is this what aramex service is??. And this was the first and last time i used aramex, i would not use it from now on.

I also made a complain ticket on 12th Sept 2019, I got reply "concerned team to assist you with your inquiry at the earliest time possible", I waited but did not get any reply and no one contacted me till date (even still I mailed them on 14th as u can see in SS ).

They ATE my money and product also.. charged 970rs for 1300 valued product.. such a BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY..Don't order anything through aramex
