My parcel was not delivered at my adress after the sender contacted me to inform me that my parcel was on it's way and will be delivered during the week of the 10th of November 2021.
I tracket my parcel every day with tracking reference number DBP[protected]. My pacel never arrived at my destination (address).
On the 19th of November 2021 when I looked again on the Aramex shipment history it showed that my parcel was returned to sender and delivered and that somebody by the name of Elisa Elisa has signed for the parcel.
I phoned Aramex and after I hold for 43 minutes to be helped and directed from one person to another they told me that the parcel was delivered and signed for and there is nothing they can do.
I received a copy of the delivery slip. The address was changed by the same person that accepted my parcel as the handwriting was the same. I send the delivery copy to the sender and she also informed me that it was not her handwriting.
How can Aramex just deliver a parcel at the wrong address and then pull up their shoulders and expect the customer to take the loss. I really am very dissapointed in Aramex and the way that I have been treated.
The shoes was very expensive and for someone that has to work hard for her money and that saved for months this is really not on. Aramex delivered my shoes at the wrong address and I want to know how will this be resolved.
Nobody comes back to me as nobody returns my e-mails and if I call the call centre they only say: "Sorry your parcel was delivered and signed for. It is your problem to solve".
Aramex is not helpfull at all.
