Aramex Couriers — Pending delivery

My shipment number is [protected].
My KYC documents show my residential address. The delivery address I provided was of my company's office. As instructed by Aramex, I have provided documents which support the delivery address which include my company Pan Number, GST number, Trade license and even bank statements. Still they are holding back my shipment at New Delhi customs. Aramex keeps on rejecting all the valid government documents I'm uploading and they are holding back my shipment from Nike worth 10k. Kindly help, as I'm very helpless here and will lose 10k. Plus there's no response when I contact them.
