Aramex Couriers — Rejection of KYC and Change of requirement

I have ordered from Beautylish which shipped the courier thru Aramex. From the last 7 days my KYC is getting rejected every single time and the requirement changes. I do shift duties so I have provided My office address where I will be available any time the parcel arrives. Due to this my KYC documents address doesn't matches with my shipping address. As per their instructions on their website I have provided my Employment card bearing my address of posting clearly which is my shipping address, but still they rejected it say upload HR declaration. I am working at proprietorship firm so I got a declaration from the proprietor but now they have rejected it and asking for GSTN. Being an individual package why would I require to provide GSTN.

IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND I AM GETTING HARRASSED IN THE NAME OF KYC.
