I was expecting to receive the shipment from 13th of february, but untill now i did not get the shipment and most the time i was tracking the shipment but getting the status "Customer could not be reached - contact details required from customer". but i did not get any call even i visited the armesx couriers office but did not get any proper response. could you please help in order to get the shipment because i had plan to visit the home country by the next month.
