This is nithin here. I am currently staying in saudi arabia.
I planned to get my baby's clothes from bangalore through aramex courier service in the start of october.
They picked the shipment from bangalore and then after few days they said they would need
Consignee id as it is stuck in customs. I provided the id proof but later they said they cannot process it
And the item will be returned to the shipper.
The shipment was picked up on 9th october 2021 from bangalore. Today is 5th november 2021. It is almost 2 weeks since they said they will return shipment to shipper
But there is no proper update from aramex. They said they tried to return the shipment to the shipper on
22nd october but there was no response from shipper. The shipper says that he did not receive any
Notification from aramex on that day.
I have been contacting aramex from past 2 weeks now to return the shipment.
Everyday they say they will return the shipment that day but they fail to do.
The shipment is worth 20000 inr. I do not know if they have misplaced or stolen the shipment.
Aramex is a pathetic, unorganized and unprofessional couriers. They are not customer friendly.
The customer care service is a dummy service and they do not have any authority to manage things.
I have asked if the shipper can go to the aramex office and collect the shipment
But they said they cannot arrange that. I am extremely disappointed
With their service.
I am expecting that aramex will take my case on high priority and return my shipment as early
As possible.in addition, i am expecting they will refund my amount.
Please find the attached documents. They contain all information related to the shipment.
