Aramex Couriers — shipment rejected even after providing kyc documents multiple times

I placed an order on march 5th from amazon.com. I got notified that the order is to be delivered by aramex courier from the united states to india. I also got notified that i need to provide my kyc documents for my order to be cleared at customs. I provided all the required documents through the link provided to me via sms. But i repeatedly get messages that my shipment has been rejected for not providing kyc documents. I uploaded the documents atleast a dozen times everytime i get the sms with everything double checked, but i still get the same sms asking me to provide kyc.
