[Resolved]  Aramex Couriers — surplus customs charges

Hi

I recently ordered a product from lookfantastic.co. Uk and i had paid for the product including international shipping rate of 500 rupees. But even then i was charged 913 rupees customs charges upon delivery. Half of the product's price. Could you care to explain this rip-off? I didn't order gold. It was a hair oil. I have received international shipping before but never in my life have i been this shocked on levied customs charges. I would like a proper explanation and the means of refund.

One of my shipment is going to be delivered by aramex. Promise date is 2-4-2018 and today 5-4-2018 I didn't receive my product, many times I was contacted with customer care executive but they are not providing satisfactory answer. please help
