My shipment from hongkong is supposed to arrived and delivered to my address last tuesday. What is the point of talking to your customer service scheduled the delivery but you are not following it.
Yes in some cases there is a unexpected emergencies but you are oblige to update the client.in every shipment there is a different story behind, and its important to your client. Be responsible to the schedule youve given, and be professional with it comes to your delivery.
Client cant adjust due to your failure and unprofessional attitude handling your clients shipment. This is the second time you fail my shipment and i cant afford a 3rd mistake. Was this information helpful? |
