[Resolved]  Aramex Couriers — Unprofessional service, terminated my shipment without notice

Very disappointed with this courier! They have terminated my shipment [protected] without even trying to reach out to me. My package was arriving from China and reached the courier on 16 August, amount was almost ₹2lakh of fashion jewellery . I’ve submitted all the documents as well however Virender Panghal have claimed it was wrong invoice and value will be calculated in weight instead of quantity so I’ve requested the supplier to send invoices.
It went on for days and he still said all the revised commercial invoice I’ve sent were wrong. The invoice has all the price, quantity and each weight described in kg as he requested. But he never accept all the invoice we’ve sent.
I tried getting in touch with them through customer service call but it’s not possible to get in contact with Virender. I gave my number to him to resolve the issue but he never contacted and lied about the number is not reachable so I give him another of my contact number he again said the numbers does not exist. I couldn’t believe if he is telling the truth.
I requested many time to sent a template or format of invoice which is correct one but never got any response. And he keep insisting the invoices were wrong. At this point the supplier and I were helpless, the supplier even said this never happens to their other Indian clients.
I never got any response from him despite contacting customer Service multiple because he stays in customs office they couldn’t get me in call with him. Unfortunately without any further notice my package is showing it’s terminated on 6 September.
I’ve never resented any courier this much in my life, I’ve tried my best to contact the supplier multiple times to sent the invoice which they did sent the right one, I know because my previous shipment all have the same invoice format type, the value and all the descriptions were true aswell. Virender and whoever is in charge of my shipment has no consideration for clients like me, he doesn’t even try to help, destroyed my shipment in his own terms, I hope to understand his motives and forgive him someday.
The shipment amount was almost ₹2lakh I’ve worked hard to earn this amount to start my business. And they destroyed it without any notice beforehand.
