Aramex Couriers — Valid KYC documents being rejected. | |
I had ordered a pair of shoes from nike.com on 3rd december 2020 with order no G[protected] and shipment no [protected]. Despite uploading all my details on the link provided by aramex courier, my KYC has been rejected each time. As my delivery address does not match the address in my adhaar card, i have uploaded photos of electricity bill and employee id of the person in whose address delivery will be done. Despite all this, my KYC has been rejected. I dont know what else to do. Kindly help.
