Aramex Couriers — very bad service with aramex | |||
On the 17th of september i received an email from aramex saying that my shipment from china has been detained by customs. I have been asked to send the same documents repeatedly since that day, 3/4 times with the same response "send proof of payment, packing list, order form and order form"😑😑 and the sad part is i always get requested to send them all over again.. Im really tired of this up and down that im taken on. My business has now come to a stand because of this, its really starting to frustrate me. It seems aramax is not doing anything to get my issue sorted. Its been two and a half weeks, what does customs want from me so that can give them and get my goods. My shipment number is [protected].
