Aramex Couriers — Wrong pick up timing

Address:bu tina, sharjah

This is the 2nd time the courier is doing the wrong timing of pick up. i already told the call center to pick up the parcel but they are calling when i am not available.

I told the call center agent to pick up the parcel from 3pm - 5pm

they came at 14:32 pm 05/02/2022

why are they coming when i am not available? i already paid everything but is this how you work? coming on the inconvenient time? what is the use of asking about my convenient timing?
