Arc Parcel Service — Broken box deliver and product missing (Raipur to Champa - C.G)

Dear Sir/Mam

This is to inform you that we have sent a material through ARC carriers to Jangir-champa but it was delivered in broken condition and some material was missing as per receiving party.
