[Resolved]  Arc Parcel Service — Delayed Delivery of Shipped goods

Hi We had shipped goods from Hosur to Kotagiri on the 9th of October 2010. The goods were suppose to arrive in 3 days. It took more than 10 days to arrive. We had called repeatedly everyday but the ARC office in Kotagiri and Coimbatore were not aware of the status and kept stating that we will be be getting it the next day. Finally when I tried to complain to the manager Somasundaram, he was arrogant and said that the goods will take its own time to reach. Finally I had to call his manager and got the goods after 2 days. The delay of 10 days has caused much hardship for our floriculture business. We had to pay Rs. 3000 more to the contractor to finish the Job.
