I have ordered online ticket to ASI for LAL Quila using G-pay UPI for an amount of Rs. 224 on 01 Dec, 2024, payment got successful but ticket not generated, i did not receive any refund even after 7 days. G-pay told me to ask from Archaeological Survey of India side.
