Money gone but not received tickets
Sir, I have done an online transaction at 10pm on 11 February of Rs225 for Taj mahal the amount was gone but it shows that the transaction failed. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

Amount deducted but tickets not generated
I had booked two tickets on 5 September at 1605 hrs and 1611 hrs but transaction amount deducted from my account two times with transaction id but tickets not generated..Everytime transaction failed appeared on screen. Any msg has not received on my email id till now for my refund amount..
