On date 29 September 2025 i had bought ticket online for taj mahal and agra port,

but i didn't got any ticket and Rs 1844.87 amount deducted from my account and again when i regenerate the ticket it says payment failed on the number . its been 14 days still no amount is refunded.

I have ordered online ticket to ASI for LAL Quila using G-pay UPI for an amount of Rs. 224 on 01 Dec, 2024, payment got successful but ticket not generated, i did not receive any refund even after 7 days. G-pay told me to ask from Archaeological Survey of India side....

I was charged Rs 175 for Booking 5 tickets for Red fort. Money was deducted; however did not receive any ticket. I need a refund for the said amount.

On date 14 APRIL 2024 i had bought 2 ticket (2 time) online in red fort im delhi premises i didn't got any ticket and Rs 224 amount deducted from my account and again when i regenerate the ticket it says payment failed, no ticket generated. its been 2 monts 3 days still no amount is refunded.

On date 30 March 2024 i had bought 2 ticket online in taj mahal premises i didn't got any ticket and Rs 90 amount deducted from my account and again when i regenerate the ticket it says payment failed, no ticket generated. its been 12 days still no amount is refunded.

I had booked Taj Mahal Night View tickets for 21st Feb 2023 for 8:30 to 9:00pm slot paid online tickets on 17th Feb tran Id being[protected] paid through gpay UPI mode. However after succesful payment the pdf received on email has 2 tickets of same name and same Ticket number
We had booked tickets for 3 people i.e., T N Bhagat, Surabhi Bhagat and Savitri Bhagat however the tickets were booked twice for T N Bhagat and once for Surabhi Bhagat but payment of Three people were collected thus while on counter only 2 people were allowed entry.

On enquiry of the same there was no proper guidance on how to get refund of the same. There is no online link to send grievances of such matter. Thus I request you to look into this matter urgently so that I can get a refund of Rs. 510 for one ticket which was not allowed entry.

Dear Team,

On 11-Nov-2023, we booked tickets for Mamallapuram using QR-CODE.
The ticket is for group of monuments for 6 people.
The amount is paid via GPAY for Rs.175 around 4.01 pm and again by 4.13 pm.

The contact person at the counter mentioned, that the amount will get refund in 3-4 days...but its more than a week now and the ticket amount is not refund.

Hi I have booked 2 tickets of taj mahal through paytm and the money got debited, but on the site it showed payment failed. I haven't got the refund till now.

This is regarding my recent visit to the Taj Mahal on 13 August 2023. I booked 5 tickets through E-Ticket(UPI), the amount(1, 225 ₹) got deducted but I didn’t receive any tickets. Please help with the refund for the same.

There is illegal construction going on at MOTI GATE, Chandni Chowk, Delhi. MCD is Hand in Glove with the builders. They do construction in the night and on Saturdays and Sundays. The site is close proximity to Red Fort and State Bank of India Building, Chandni Chowk. They are converting a single storey building into 3 Storey building, being very old structure it may colapse any time and will cause large scale distruction and risk to people in the area. This should be stopped immediately and persons be booked for their actions.

I buy a ticket for Taj Mahal ( date -16/07/2023), but suddenly failed my payment and money was debited from my account. Normally after 24 hours - 48 hours return the money but in my case today 26/07/2023 and my money is not return/refund in my account.

On 29 march 2023 i book 2 ticket worth rs 40 by scanning bar code available there and aprove my payment from paytm and my payment became successful and money deducted but i didnt get my ticket till now And when i try to regenerate my ticket it Shows ticket not available Disappointed by this service.

I went to red fort on 26/3/23 and there were q r codes to book tickets, i scanned the code registered put the info and money was also deducted 70 rs but no tickets were shown and there was a text saying that transaction failed but money was also deducted from my bank account, I also tried clicking on regenerate ticket but it shows that no ticket found . i want a refund

Unnakoti stone carving is the only such thing in world. However, maintenance & security level of the site is very poor. Even, security staff are not doing their duties. Boys & girls are just carving their names in the historical sculptures and security persons are just sitting & watching without saying anything to them. This has to be taken strictly. Otherwise, in future our historical ethenic & sculptures will be disappeared...

I was booking 4 tickets Taj Mahel on 2/3/2022. from asi.pyumoni.com 980 rs. was deducted from my account but not received tickets some error was come. then i try to Regenerate tickets then it's show can't find tickets i tell this problem to local police constable he tell you will get refund in 3 days in your account automatically but i still not received money yet....

I paid via upi on 18th December. Amt was deducted bt did not receive the ticket. Plz refund. Any info can be shared at [protected]@gmail.com for further details.
