Archies Online — Cancellation

I ordered wrong product and also i've made the payment but when i tried to cancel my order same day.. There's no response from archies team.. I've tried my best to reach out through twitter, mail and customer care number but there's not even single response from archies end.. My order number is al[protected]... I swear i'm not going to place any order from archies and i'll ask my fellows not order from archies as they cheated me.
