Archies Online — cancellation of order: al[protected] | |||
I have placed an order in the website with two products. I have called helpdesk and asked to cancel one product which they said they cannot do it. So i have placed an order again for the same product which i want and asked to cancel the first order which is not dispatched. As per the refund policy i have emailed to [protected]@archiesonline.com many times along with all the required screenshots showing the product is not yet dispatched, every time i am replying back with the screenshots i have received the same message again and again so i have called customer care again and they said its dispatched already and we cannot cancel. When i have checked for the return they have informed me that they will charge 5%. My email id: priyanka94. I ordered a Delightful Almond Mocha cake for my brother's birthday and what I instead received is a poorly shaped coffee cake. Pictures tell the story. I could have purchased it for 100 INR anywhere. It needn't 1000 INR spending.
