Order details & status: Order #: AL[protected] Order date: 10/02/2017 Delivery date: 14/02/2017 Order status: Dispatched from archies' warehouse Tracking #: [protected] (Blue Dart) Scenario: Tracking # shared by archies is incorrect, I have checked with Blue Dart, they don't have any record of such tracking #. I sent several mails to archies, called them several times, but didn't get any response. I purchased/gifted things lots of time online, but never got cheated. Resolution: I want my money back. Mar 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have paid through paytm, now I got a message from paytm, that my money got refunded from Archies.
I can see refund in my paytm wallet.

None of my orders are delivered in spite of online payments done.
None of the customer service contact responds. The corporate office doesn't respond too to the customer. And once you are answered, the second time when you call they don't pick your calls.
