Archies Online — Product not delivered till now

Hi, i have places an order from archies online portal after verifying that the product will delivered on 22/07/2020 day.
But it's not get delivered on that day, now i want to cancel my order but i'm not able to see any option to cancel the order, and no one from the company end is taking interest in resolving my problem.

Can you please help me to cancel/solve the solution.
