Dear archies, I am kuldeep bairwa. My registered email - id is [protected]@gmail.com I had ordered 3 items on[protected] at 07:10 pm with the Order no. : al[protected] It contains One choose to be happy floral mini book One boofle simply the best mug One archies original gals pocket perfume I paid the entire amount. However, i received the wrong product. Instead of choose to be happy floral mini book, i received a fare well book (Photograph attached). It was a very special ocassion and because of your negligence, it was completely ruined. Your customer care number does not work. My money is wasted and you are not even replacing the product. Because of archies, my image is completely ruined. Either refund my money or atleast replace the product. Hoping to hear from you soon. Feb 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After a long battle with Archies, I have finally received the correct product. I have mailed them several times on [email protected] and called them on their new customer care number +919717324004. After about two weeks, I received the correct product. It was a harassment for me to keep pursuing Archies to send the correct product. | |||
