Archies — Order never delivered but claimed dispatched

I ordered rakhi online with order number AL[protected] to delivered at Mumbai on 28thaugust. but it never received by my family however archies claiming it dispatched.GOJAVAS Courier also said they never receive any order like this.they said number given is also wrong.. I lost all my money, neither rakhi received but archies claiming wrong statement.Online number given is difficult to get as always get a busy tone.my mails are also not answered. it seems like chected by the website.this is last step to escalate my voice otherwise I will to consumer court to justice.
